Questions

About business administration.

How long does it take to register a company?

It depends on CIPC turnaround times and whether your preferred name is available. We will give you a realistic timeline when we start.

Do I need a B-BBEE certificate or an affidavit?

Smaller businesses can often use a sworn affidavit instead of a full verification certificate. We will tell you which applies to you.
